      <link>
        http://www.tcp-ip.or.jp/~yojimbo/toyokawanews/newspage.html
      </link>
      <description>I have created a new page to relate news about Toyokawa and the sister city program. Please note that in order to avoid making this rss feed too cumbersome and difficult to navigate, a separate rss feed was created solely for the new newspage, one that will contain the first paragraph of each posted article.

    <description>I have revised the portal page to include links to the 30th Anniversary Delegation page and other years' CBF pages at the top of the page. I have also indulged in a bit of advertising with the title. I have greatly modified the source code, but the overall look remains mostly the same.

      <link>

      </link>
    <description>For anyone interested in joining the Toyokawa-Cupertino Sister City 30th Anniversary Delegation to Toyokawa in November, there will be a meeting at Cupertino City Hall on Thursday, May 22 at 7:30 pm. Anyone wishing to join will need to attend this meeting! According to the May edition of the Cupertino Scene there are only a few spaces available, but regardless of being able to go or not, please attend the meeting and show your interest and support in our two cities' sister city relationship! The city of Toyokawa has long believed that there is a high level of interest in the sister city relationship among the people of Cupertino. Much higher than widely believed in Cupertino itself. And now is the perfect time to show just how true it is. Your attendance counts!! And help spread the word. Tell your family, relatives, friends, your friendly coffee shop clerk, your boss, your subordinates, your co-workers, people who might have wanted to go to Toyokawa in the past and did not have the chance, people who were once involved with the sister city program but have not been active for a while, yet still hold an affectionate spot in their hearts for Toyokawa and its people. Only with your help can we make a difference!</description>
